The Feller side of my ancestry is last side that I have researched. Mainly because there are very few Fellers I am in contact with, and even they do not have much information on the family. I believe the same was true for my father. It seems he did not know much about his ancestry until 1998 when he contacted his uncle Sol Feller who supplied him with much of the information that I know of today. With that info, I have been able to fill in some of the gaps including documents for Ozer.
Here is a little info and I am still am unsure how to post photos to this site.

David Feller was born on Jan 15, 1873 to Moshe Zaev (Moses Wolf) and Celia Feller in Khmelnik, Russia (now Ukraine). David was a leather merchant and his father was a maker of soles for shoes. David was married to Sima (Sadie) Weissman and had five children, Harry, Sam, Abraham, Solomon, and Max. Seems like David tried to immigrate to the US in 1910 but was deported due to a physical impairment. However, he successfully immigrated in 1913. His wife and chlidren immigrated in 1923. David died on Oct. 6, 1951 and his wife Sadie died on Mar 8, 1953.

  1. I happened on this site during a google search for Slobodiansky. On occasion I will get diverted with my research. I found a ship manifest for a Berko Slobodiansky from Khmelnik and whose father was Naftali. So I assume he was a brother to Lena. I tried to find more info on him and then just googled the name as it is not common. Lo and behold, this website was listed in my search. I have been hoping for a while to connect with this side of the family. There must be different privileges for posting between contributers and commenters (like myself). I will email some pix.
